Strategy book isn’t your typical recruitment agency (yeah, yeah we’ve heard that before as well), they recruit specifically for strategists, in a high-touch, highly personal way – without taking themselves too seriously in the process.
We shaped an expressive and playful identity system to reflect these values but also to stand them apart from the usual, dull aesthetic of most of their competition. The identity has a strong typographic emphasis combined with a lighthearted (but direct) tone of voice.
Their website provided further opportunity for us to juxtapose professionalism with playfulness, balancing concise messaging with energetic animations.
