Strategy book isn’t a typical recruitment agency. It headhunts strategists, in a high-touch, highly personal way—without taking themselves too seriously in the process.
We created an expressive and playful brand identity that reflects these values. It was essential to inject enough personality to stand out from the sea of sameness found in the sector. A bold, type-led approach combined with a lighthearted (but direct) tone of voice provides another point of difference.
The website provided further opportunity for us to juxtapose professionalism with playfulness, balancing concise messaging with energetic, optimistic animations.
