A bit like this...
About you
- » YOU want creative and/or strategic support from brand experts to deliver commercial value for your business
- » YOU believe the best creative work comes from long-term agency relationships, and the deeper understanding this fosters.
- » YOU think that creativity and brand should have a seat at the top table.
- » YOU see your creative agency as an important and equal partner.
- » YOU value real-world results over shiny agency awards.
About Us
This is where we could give you the creative-agency-big-sell. Full of nonsensical “Corporate Dadaisms” to sound clever, tick all your boxes and get you fired-up (but probably none the wiser)
Sorry, but that’s not us. Here’s how we actually do things at Edna...
We’re for
leaders,
by leaders
We’ve re-imagined what creative partnerships can be. You work with Director-level creatives: meaning more effective communication, a deeper understanding of your challenges, and ultimately, better outcomes.
We’re
anti
sameness
Today’s hyper-competitive brand-scape requires real differentiation. “Good” is no longer good enough. Let’s escape the algorithm of average and build something different (and better) together.
We’re
human
first
The wellbeing and development of our people, is at the forefront of our decision making. Transparency, flexibility and a wider social responsibility are non-negotiable. We’re currently on our journey to B-Corp.
What We Do
Build brands
Everything we do strengthens our clients’ brands and businesses
Strategy
We help brands and businesses understand who they are and why they matter.
This often involves:
- » Brand strategy
- » Naming
- » Visual & verbal identity
- » Guidelines & playbook

Design
We bring key touch points to life, delivering powerful, consistent brand experiences for internal teams and customers alike.
This often involves:
- » Digital design & build
- » Brand communications
- » Retail design
- » 2D & 3D motion design

Creative
Activating big brand ideas. Generating results for businesses and meaningful experiences for customers.
This often involves:
- » Campaigns
- » Art direction
- » Messaging & copywriting
- » Still & moving image creation

Delivery & Production
A hybrid approach blends our expertise in traditional photography and videography with live-action, Al, and virtual production. This enables us to create still and motion content that demands attention and gets results.
It’s easy for us to say that though, eh? So, here are some lovely Edna clients telling us what they think...
What Our
Clients Say

You’ll find Joe in that slightly odd (but interesting) space between the creative and strategic worlds.
He has 20 years’ experience in brand and digital design, working high-profile brands like Playstation, Landsec, Casio, Lowe Alpine and BT. More recently his role has evolved to bridge the gap between our creative output and addressing real-world challenges that our clients face. Making sure that everything we do at Edna delivers real value for their businesses.
Outside of work, you’ll normally find him, riding bikes, running or exploring the outdoors in his van.

For more than 20 years, Matt has been using words and pictures to change behaviour.
After a Masters degree spent looking into how design and creativity can be used to make a positive impact on the world, Matt moved to Hay-On-Wye and worked with an ethically-focused agency with a client base of charities and NGOs.
At EDNA, he's responsible for creatively interpreting strategy and Big Ideas.

For more than 15 years, Graham has worked at some of the leading design agencies across the North of England. With experience ranging from small start-ups to household brands, he’s helped shape fashion brands, led museum campaign creative and been trusted to roll out critical comms for the British Heart Foundation, picking up the odd award or two along the way.
At EDNA, he loves a design system, and ensures our visual output is of the highest quality and relevance.

With over 25 years in the creative industry, Helen has shaped campaigns and communications that make a difference. She began her career client-side at ASDA and Molson Coors before moving agency-side, where she’s worked with many brands including Kellogg’s, McCain, TSB and BT.
At EDNA, Helen makes sure everything runs like clockwork—projects stay on track, budgets stay in check, clients stay happy, and we deliver exactly what we promised, when we promised it.

Courtney Dodds is Head of Culture at Edna, where she shapes how the team works internally and supports clients to think more deeply about culture as part of their creative process. With a background in art direction and brand storytelling, she brings a visually led, culturally aware lens to leadership. Her approach is grounded in lived experience - burning out early as a young, undiagnosed neurodivergent person in a high-pressure industry. Now, she’s committed to reimagining work to be more honest and human. For Courtney, culture isn’t a side project—it’s the foundation for everything else.

SORRY TO HAVE TO BREAK IT TO YOU, BUT...
Sadly, EDNA cannot be spoken to. EDNA is nowhere. And everywhere. All at once. EDNA exists in all of us. EDNA is our creative spirit animal. And, like the whole team at EDNA Towers, EDNA takes no pleasure in maintaining the status quo. In fact, EDNA takes great pride in saying “No” more than “YES”. EDNA always wants to get out of bed and go to work each morning. EDNA is a name that’s fallen out of use. We’re here to MAKE EDNA GREAT AGAIN.

Culture
We believe what you say NO to is more important that what you say YES to. We say:
NO to knowing it all.
We're curious types.
NO to playing it safe.
We give ourselves space to experiment.
NO to ego.
Get over yourself.
NO to lone wolves.
We find the answers together.
NO to bigger.
We choose better instead.
NO to a***holes.
We prefer to work with people we respect (and visa-versa)
We’re big believers in transparency. Feel free to browse the links below to find out more about what it’s like working at Edna:
