At EDNA, we’re always looking for ways to innovate—not just in the work we deliver but also in how we work as a team. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’re trialling a 4.5-day workweek, with Fridays ending at 1pm.

This shift is designed to give our team the space to balance focused client work with internal initiatives that help us stay creative, efficient, and ahead of the curve. Monday to Thursday remains business as usual, while Friday mornings are dedicated to wrapping up the week’s priorities and planning ahead.

Why are we doing this? Because we believe that a happy, inspired team produces the best work. By creating space for fresh thinking and innovation, we’re confident we can continue delivering the high-quality results our clients expect—while also fostering a culture of creativity and balance.

We’ll be evaluating this trial carefully to ensure it works for everyone—our team, our clients, and our business. As always, client relationships and project delivery remain our top priorities.
